Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
Valued Venture: Refers to the company providing the SaaS services. Client: Refers to any individual or business entity that subscribes to Valued Venture’s SaaS services. SaaS Services: Encompasses the software applications, tools, and systems offered by Valued Venture through its subscription model.
2. SaaS Services and Subscription
Valued Venture offers SaaS services accessible via the internet. Clients will not receive a physical or downloadable copy of the software. Ownership of the SaaS application remains with Valued Venture. Access to the SaaS application is contingent upon adherence to this agreement.
3. Pricing and Discounts
Valued Venture provides an80% discount on the monthly subscription for both the Essential and Premium Packages. The discounted rate applies during the subscription period specified by the client.
4. 30-Day Free Trial Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The30-day free trial is available to new clients who sign up for Valued Venture’s SaaS services. Existing clients are not eligible for this trial.
4.1. Trial Period
The trial period begins when you activate your account by submitting your payment details. During the30-day free trial, you have full access to Valued Venture’s SaaS services without any charges.
4.2. Cancelation Option
You can cancel anytime during the trial period. To cancel, follow the instructions provided on our website or contact our customer support.
4.3. Automatic Subscription
If you choose to continue using our services after the trial period, your monthly subscription will automatically start. The subscription fee will be charged based on the package you select (Essential or Premium).
4.4. Billing
By providing your payment details during the trial, you agree to the automatic subscription and billing process. We’ll notify you before the trial ends to ensure a smooth transition to the paid subscription.
4.5. Termination
If you decide not to continue with Valued Venture’s services, make sure to cancel before the trial period expires. Failure to cancel will result in automatic subscription and billing.

5. Full-Service Guarantee
Valued Venture commits to delivering a comprehensive service that: Significantly reduces clients’ existing monthly subscriptions. Centralizes all necessary tools and systems within the SaaS application.
6. Data Collection
Valued Venture collects data from: Prospective clients who fill out forms. Clients who express interest in our services. Data collection adheres to our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
Clients forfeit access to the SaaS application upon termination of this agreement. Valued Venture reserves the right to terminate the agreement for violations or non-compliance.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the course of this agreement.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
